At Practical Whimsy, we strive to provide our customers with the highest-quality, and most painstakingly-crafted merchandise, and a groovy shopping experience that is unrivaled. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, please return the item to Practical Whimsy, unused and in the original packaging, within 14 business days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. (In exchange situations, you'll be responsible for the charges to ship the order back to us; we'll pick up the charges to send it back out to you).

For returns outside the 14 business day window, please submit your reasons for a return to info@practicalwhimsy.com. Our customer service department will review the request, and, upon approving it, will refund the purchase price of your item to the credit card used for your purchase, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

Contact Information:
